ROAD HAZARD PROGRAM
Westlake Tires is offering a Road Hazard warranty on the following eligible Westlake passenger and light truck tires:
- RP18 RADIAL
- SA07 SPORT
- SU318 RADIAL H/T
- SL309 RADIAL A/P
- SL369 RADIAL A/T
Tire must be listed in eligible products for Road Hazard.
If the tire becomes unserviceable due to road hazard damage within the first year from the date of purchase, or within the first 2/32nds of the original useable tread, whichever comes first, the eligible Westlake tire will be replaced with an identical or comparable tire at no charge.
Tires must have been purchased through an authorized Westlake dealer and must be returned for replacement to that same dealer.
Online sales are not eligible.
Taxes, mounting, balancing and service charges on the replacement tires are not included.
WHAT IS COVERED:
Damage due to cuts, punctures, snags, bruises, tears, impact breaks, etc. Products sold in and used on vehicles registered & operated in the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada. Road Hazard Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Damage caused by:
- Fire
- Theft
- Vandalism
- Chemical corrosion
- Accident
- Off-road use
- Stone Drilling
- Alteration
- Improper inflation or improper installation
- Mechanical failures (e.g., failed shocks, struts, alignment, balancing, or similar failure) or interference of tire with vehicle.
- Improper mounting/dismounting practices.
- Abuse, misuse, or neglect.
- Repairable punctures (Nail or other debris punctures in the tread area), repair conforming to U.S. Tire Manufactures Association standards, are not covered under this warranty.
